1. Overview & Scope

Hub دفتر provides an all-in-one agency operations platform built for digital agencies, software teams, and service providers. This Privacy Policy describes how business data, employee attendance, projects, client credentials, and team metrics are protected and handled.

We treat business security as paramount. We do not sell, rent, or monetize customer data in any manner.

2. Dedicated Database Architecture (Data Isolation)

Unlike multi-tenant architectures where customer records share identical database tables, each subscribing customer on Hub دفتر receives a dedicated database instance and application environment.

This architectural boundary prevents cross-tenant data leaks and ensures complete operational separation between agencies.

3. Client Credentials & Password Vault (AES-256 Encryption)

Client credentials, server logins, and sensitive access tokens stored in the Password Manager module are encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

• Encryption keys are isolated from standard frontend application code.
• Every credential reveal, view, or copy event is logged in an administrative audit trail.
• Only designated Agency Owner / Admin roles possess clearance to view or delegate access to stored credentials.

4. Attendance, Time Tracking & Employee Data

We store daily punch-in/out timestamps, leave allocations, project task logs, and billable time entries solely to provide internal agency workflow management.

Financial metrics (salary rates and project profit margins) are role-gated so that non-administrative staff members can never view company financial numbers.

5. Data Export on Request

Your agency retains 100% ownership of all records, projects, and data entered into the platform. You may request a complete export of your agency's data at any time.

Exports are compiled in standard, structured data formats (CSV / JSON) and delivered securely within 30 days of a verified request from an authorized agency administrator.

6. Complete Data Deletion on Departure

If you choose to cancel your subscription or leave Hub دفتر, you may request full deletion of all customer data.

Once export verification is complete, our engineering team will permanently erase your dedicated database instance, employee directories, project records, credential vaults, and associated backup snapshots within 14 days.
