Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or using Hub دفتر ("the Platform"), your organization agrees to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Subscription Plans & Seat Allocation

The Platform is offered on predictable flat-rate monthly subscriptions with no per-seat penalty fees:

• Starter Plan: PKR 12,000/month (up to 10 seats)
• Team Plan: PKR 18,000/month (up to 15 seats)
• Growth Plan: PKR 30,000/month (up to 25 seats)

Every employee onboarded into your agency workspace counts as one seat. There is no setup fee on any plan.

3. Payment Methods

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Accepted payment methods are:

• Direct Bank Transfer (IBAN)
• Raast Instant Payments
• JazzCash
• Easypaisa

All payments are handled directly via verified bank wire and domestic digital transfer methods.

4. 8 Core Operational Modules & 3 Custom Modules

Every paying plan includes access to all eight core operational modules: Business Analysis, Overview, Attendance & Leaves, Projects, AES-256 Password Vault, Time Tracking, Workload & Capacity, and Employee Directory.

In addition, each customer receives three custom modules tailored to their agency's unique workflow, agreed upon following a collaborative discovery meeting and delivered within the first month.

5. Maintenance, Small Changes & Additional Modules

Small changes up to 4 hours of work are free. Larger work and additional modules are quoted in development hours before work starts.

This clear standard ensures rapid assistance without surprise invoices.

6. Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We provide dedicated ongoing support across all active subscriptions:

• Critical Outages: Attendance system or password vault outages are resolved the same day.
• Standard Issues: All other customer-reported software issues are addressed within 2 working days.

7. AI Copilot Module (Planned)

AI Copilot is a planned module currently in active development. When released, access will be included in your plan with no extra subscription fee. The agency simply connects its own AI API key and pays only for provider usage directly.

8. Data Ownership, Export & Deletion

You retain full and exclusive ownership of all customer and employee data. Customer data is stored in a dedicated database instance per agency.

• Data export upon request is fulfilled within 30 days.
• Data deletion upon cancellation or departure is completed within 14 days.
